A review of 2010...

The year 2010 has definitively more ups than downs for me and all over all it was the most successful triathlon year in my life!

After my IM 70.3 in South Africa I took my heart in my hands and started contact with the TeamTBB. We wrote some e-mails and then I visited Joseph Spindler in Bad Toelz near Munich in March. Somehow the chemistry was good and we decided that Jo wants to be my coach and I got the chance to train with the most successful triathlon team in the world. You can't imagine what this meant to me!

From then on my life totally changed: training and nutrition changeover, new bike (the best in the world!) and I have to travel a lot more - sorry to my dog Laika! But she has a good life at aunt's farm... Big thank you to Ostramondra!

About the results I don't have to tell so much - they speak for themselves;-)
